Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to equip sales
teams with tools and training for effective selling.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage an internal knowledge base, including sales
materials
Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing sales
team members
Track and analyze sales metrics to measure effectiveness and
identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field
3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field,
preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience building sales enablement functions from the ground
up
Prior experience in a startup environment
Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce
