Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to provide
exceptional client service, engage in sales and service activities,
and present tailored solutions to meet clients' specific financial
needs. Key responsibilities include opening accounts, assisting
with transactions, cross-selling products and services, taking loan
applications, and performing account maintenance. Ideal candidates
have 1 or more years of experience in a similar role, NMLS
registration, and a passion for providing superior client service.
Bilingual individuals in Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese are also
requested. Our hiring process includes a simple application, a
quick assessment, phone and on-site interviews, and a background
check. Once hired, employees can enjoy a targeted starting hourly
range of $19.56 - $27.39/hr, incentive potential, and comprehensive
benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Tuition
reimbursement and paid time off are also available.
