Job Description:

Our restaurant is an anchor to the WeHo Design District, driven by a dedicated team of culinary and hospitality professionals who curate a unique experience.Over 12 years, we've nearly doubled in size and cultivated strong relationships with our guests.We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals to help us grow.As a reservationist, you'll handle incoming calls, offering information and directing guests to the best experience.

• Make, cancel, or modify reservations
• Confirm all reservations
• Answer questions about the reservation process and the restaurant
• Answer phone in a professional manner
• Use the reservation system efficiently
• Take guest information and details for private or specialized experiences
• Enter guest inquiries into the event lead software
• Arrive on time for each shift
• Record hours worked accurately
• Offer solution-oriented responses to reservation changes
• Communicate with management about any issues
• Adhere to company policies and attend staff meetingsIdeal candidates have 1-2 years of customer service experience, are comfortable with technology, and can create a positive experience for guests.Compensation includes $20-$22/hour, paid parking, 401k, health coverage, daily meals, paid time off, paid sick time, and opportunities for advancement.
