Embodying Excellence: A Rasarumah Server RoleWe seek a skilled Server to join our team at Rasarumah, a part of Last Word Hospitality. As a Server Representative, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• Embody the Rasarumah Culture: Be hospitable, proud, knowledgeable, and create memorable experiences for our guests, while executing at a high level.
• Manage Your Section: Execute effective table maintenance in accordance with steps of service, utilizing individual service style to create a personalized experience for guests.
• Observe and Guide Execution: Ensure a seamless experience for guests through direct communication with all fellow staff members, showcasing professionalism through detail-oriented service at all times.
• Manage Speed of Service: Gauge guests' desired speed of service through observation and intuition, communicating with guests to create desired pacing of their meal.
• Table Visits: Ensure guest enjoyment and satisfaction by being quietly available throughout service.
• Consult with FOH Lead or GM: Address immediate issues, such as guest complaints, slow ticket times, issues with co-workers, and problems with the POS system.
• Monitoring Closing Procedure: End the evening on the highest note possible, notifying the FOH lead or GM of any issues that arise during removal of guests.
