These experiences all integrate together to form one avatar social network, Genies Party.Genies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Game Studio Producer to join Genies Games Studio. Seated in our Los Angeles headquarters and reporting to our Director of Games Studio, the Producer role here at Genies will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development of engaging and immersive gaming experiences within the Genies ecosystem.You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including game designers, game engineers, artists, product managers, and executive stakeholders to drive the successful execution of game projects from concept to launch. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional project management capabilities, and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry.What You'll be Doing:

• Lead the end-to-end development process of interactive gaming experiences, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, objectives, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with game designers, engineers, and artists to define project goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
• Implement best practices for project management, including milestone planning, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
• Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the game development team, encouraging innovation and excellence.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to uphold product excellence and ensure a polished user experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of the company's gaming roadmap and product strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Act as a champion for the Genies brand, embodying its values and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and creativity.What You Should Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in game production or project management roles within the gaming industry, with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality games on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of game development processes, tools, and technologies, with a passion for gaming and interactive entertainment.
  • Solid grasp of business fundamentals, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Asana and Jira.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on and drive results.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including: professional background, training, transferable skills, work experience, education, location, business and product needs, and market demand. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
