Job Description:
**Job Summary:** Deliver exceptional guest experiences, embody
Rasarumah Culture, and execute high-level service with a
personalized touch.
--- Manage your Section: Maintain effective table service, utilize
individual style, and be informed.
--- Observe and guide service execution, ensuring seamless
experiences through direct communication with fellow staff.
--- Manage speed of service and ticket times, gauging guests'
desired pace and communicating to create a tailored experience.
--- Greet guests, check IDs, and provide table visits to ensure
guest enjoyment and satisfaction.
--- Consult with FOH Lead or GM on immediate issues, knowing when
to ask for help.
--- Monitor closing procedures, ending the evening on a high note
and notifying the FOH lead or GM of any issues.
--- Oversee server side-work and cleaning duties, maintaining
efficiency and a positive work environment.
