emails (among other duties). Qualified candidates will have: 5+
years Customer Service Representative experience. Ability to keep
calm in stressful situations, de-escalating calls. Excellent verbal
communication and written correspondence. Multi-tasking, time
management, and problem solving skills. Bilingual and College
Degree a plus.
