Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Support Associate to assist
clients with billing issues and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve complex billing issues through phone, email, and chat
communication with clients and sales
Collaborate with various departments to address and solve client
issues
Identify customer needs and provide recommendations on
service/product use to drive revenue
Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage change effectively
Demonstrated self-management of workday with minimal guidance
High School diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with computers and telephone etiquette
