An elite AmLaw and Vault ranked firm is actively seeking a senior M&A associate or counsel with at least 7 years of experience in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate matters to join the firm's Los Angeles office. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing deal team engaged in significant M&A transactions both in Los Angeles and globally.The firm's M&A practice spans various industries, including entertainment, technology, fashion, beauty, gaming, retail, fintech, and life sciences. The Los Angeles office maintains a supportive, small-office atmosphere where partners are dedicated to professional growth, paired with the extensive resources of a prestigious global firm.This role entails direct contact with partners and clients, allowing for collaboration with colleagues across 21 offices on prominent deals. • A minimum of 7 years of experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• A strong track record of managing substantial deals.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
