• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS and BLS needed
• 3 - 6 complex cases per day, 8 - 15 non complex cases per day
• General, spinal, thoracic, vascular, epidural, heads, spine, complex ortho, US guided regional block
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
