Title: IT Operations Supervisor

Pay: $75,000

Job Description:

* The primary function of this position is to supervise and coordinate activities of non-exempt employees with regard to daily IT departmental operations.

* Responsible for controlling key aspects of IT Services Delivery; owning the Help Desk Productivity Server, and Network Monitoring software to assure: early fault detection and response, advanced 1st tier server, application, network, and PC troubleshooting and repair, and escalation, and bridging the skills gap between server/network administration and the Help Desk
