Title: Senior Brand Manager, Global - Licensed Brands
Classification: Exempt Position Status: Full Time Reports To: Vice
President, Global Marketing - Licensed Brands Direct Reports: TBD
Role Objectives: Guided by the Global Marketing lead's portfolio
strategy, drive the strategic directional outline by brand,
seasonal brand development, line plan architecture, profit and loss
management, assets development, content and digital programs
managed within agreed milestone calendar and budget.Manage direct
reports to support and grow the category. Qualifications: - A
minimum of 5 years' experience in a Brand Manager role. - Must hold
relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field e.g. Bachelor
of Marketing, MBA. - Experience or knowledge of the toy industry
and consumer marketing to children would be highly regarded. -
Experience leading and driving licensor relationships highly
preferred. Responsibilities: - Brand Management - Lead the
development of Brand & Marketing Strategy to deliver brand
portfolio Gross Sales, Gross Margin and Direct Contribution targets
on a rolling 24-month basis. - Build the Brand Direction Outline
for existing & new launches with 3+ year outlook strategic plans,
present to leadership in partnership with relevant design
counterparts. - Lead & present to Category Leads brand level
P&L Financial Planning & Growth strategy. - Partner with
Product team to adhere to global milestone deliverable dates. - In
collaboration with team senior leads, including design, provide
strategic insight to help define and deliver a cohesive line plan
with well-considered price points, margins, SKU mix consideration
and feature sets. - Lead comms strategy including asset management
& on-time delivery in partnership with the Marketing Communications
team. - Oversee workloads, performance, and development of direct
(and if required, indirect) reports towards the achievement of
agreed objectives, KPI's, through the provision of clear direction,
support, coaching and review in-line with the Moose Performance
Management Program. - Manage team to deliver P&L deliverables
from ideation to execution, ensuring all communication touch points
and assets ladder up to the overall brand strategy, focusing on
consumer benefits and features. - Deliver seasonal concept and
model review decks and sales summit presentation decks and sizzles.
People Management Responsibilities
- Regularly review resourcing requirements for the department and
recruits, interviews, selects and trains new staff;
- Oversee the day-to-day workloads and performance of direct
reports towards the achievement of agreed objectives, through the
provision of clear direction, coaching and support;
- Work with direct reports to set individual KPIs, and conduct
regular reviews in-line with the Moose Performance Management
Program;
- Manage the training and professional development of team
members, with an emphasis on providing timely and constructive
feedback on a regular basis; and
- Champion the Moose culture to ensure direct reports deliver on

options. Travel Some travel may be required. Salary Band USD
$120,000-$135,000 Physical Demands - While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk,
hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone
and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop,
kneel to access items - Must be able to sit at a computer terminal
for an extended period of time - Specific vision abilities required
by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Light to moderate lifting is required - Frequently communicates
with other employees and third-parties, must be able to speak
clearly and exchange accurate information. - Regular, predictable
